Terms of Service

YehudaHub is a global digital community platform, independently operated from France. YehudaHub is the product and brand under which the service is provided. The platform enables members of the global community to connect, share content, discover homes and services, and build meaningful relationships across borders.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Use your real name so the community knows who they are connecting with
• You must provide a valid email address for authentication
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant YehudaHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content within the platform and for promotional purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not contain false, defamatory, or misleading information
• Does not include hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Does not violate applicable laws
• Is limited to one image per post (max 1200px, JPEG)

Zero tolerance. YehudaHub has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, sexual or exploitative content, violent or graphic content, spam, scams, and impersonation are strictly prohibited. Anyone who posts such content or abuses other members will have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently banned. You can report any post, message, or member from within the app, or block a member at any time. We review reports and act on violations, typically within 24 hours.

YehudaHub is built for respectful, constructive community interaction. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access that:

• Violates these terms or our community guidelines
• Is reported by other users and found to be harmful
• Is spam, deceptive, or commercially abusive
• Poses legal risk to the platform or its users

Moderation decisions are made in good faith. You may contact us to appeal a decision using the contact form below.

Messages between users are private. YehudaHub does not read private messages except where legally required or to investigate reported abuse. Do not use messaging to harass, spam, or solicit others in an unwanted way. Misuse of messaging may result in account suspension.

All connections use encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS). Platform infrastructure is secured with Cloudflare.

All platform design, code, branding, and original content created by YehudaHub is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission. The YehudaHub name and logo are trademarks of YehudaHub.

YehudaHub provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is accurate, complete, or safe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YehudaHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your content may be removed from the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform before they take effect. Continued use of YehudaHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the use of YehudaHub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
